Kaylee is a solicitor at Burns & Tinney Lawyers. She joined the firm in 2020 as a Law Clerk and moved into her role as a lawyer after being admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Victoria in early 2022.
Kaylee holds a Bachelor of Arts (majoring in French) and a Bachelor of Laws from La Trobe University, as well as a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the Leo Cussen Institute of Law.
Throughout her studies, Kaylee volunteered at the Whittlesea Community Legal Centre, supporting clients with wills and estate planning matters. She has also worked in boutique law firms where she gained experience in both property law and wills and estates before joining Burns & Tinney.
Kaylee is known for her warm, down-to-earth approach and her commitment to making the legal process feel clear and manageable for her clients. She takes the time to understand each client’s situation and aims to make what can be an emotional or overwhelming experience as comfortable as possible. Kaylee is developing her expertise in wills and estates and hopes to become an accredited specialist in estate planning in the future.
Away from the office, Kaylee enjoys staying active, catching up with friends and family, and following her beloved Collingwood Football Club.
