Helena is a law clerk at our office, currently studying her Bachelor of Laws at Australian Catholic University, building her foundations in legal research and drafting.

Prior to joining Burns & Tinney in 2024, she volunteered with Fitzroy Legal Service gaining insight into community-based legal work, supporting client intake processes and enquiries. She enjoys contributing to the team while continuing to develop her practical skills alongside her studies.

Outside of the office, Helena enjoys her spare time (aside from completing her university readings) spending time with family and friends often on scenic walks.
